History

Brooks Forestry Consultants, LLC was established in 1995 and a partnership was established with Jeff Christie in 2001. We provide forest management services throughout southern Wisconsin, northern Illinois, and eastern Iowa.

Our goal as consulting foresters is to provide the landowner and their resource with professional high quality scientifically based forest management services. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

We provide the following services on a fee-based structure:

Charles R. Brooks, ACF has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management and a Master of Science degree in Forest Silvicultural and Management. Both degrees are from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is a member of the following organizations:

  • Tree Farm Inspector
  • Wisconsin Forest Productivity Council
  • Wisconsin Woodland Owners Association

Jeff Christie, CF has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. He has a wealth of experience:

3 years - County Parks and Forests Administrator - Calumet County
4 years - Procurement Forester for Weyerheauser Inc.
18 years - Forest Resource Manager for Webster Industries
2 years - County Forest Administrator - Vernon County

He is a member of the following organizations:
